Placements24 seeks a highly organized Junior Project Coordinator to support the project management office in Upington, Northern Cape. You will assist project managers with planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely delivery and scope adherence.

The role is ideal for a recent graduate with strong organizational skills and a keen interest in project management, offering mentorship, training, and exposure to diverse engineering projects within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, PM, or related field.
• Strong understanding of project management principles.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; MS Project is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally eligible to work in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate project-related activities and ensure tasks are completed by deadlines.
• Manage project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
• Schedule and organize project meetings and facilitate communication among team members.
