You'll organize schedules, track progress, maintain documentation, and ensure timely updates for stakeholders. The role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and a collaborative environment to help recent graduates grow in project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all files are up to date.
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to provide timely updates and gather requirements.
• Track project progress and identify any issues or delays to escalate promptly.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas and minutes.
