Responsibilities

• Support project execution across commercialization initiatives, assisting with timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
• Maintain and track project plans, updating timelines, tasks, and milestones for visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear updates and escalation of risks.
• Communicate progress and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
• Gather, organize, and maintain project data in systems such as Smartsheet or SpecRight.
• Support alignment of project activities with business priorities and resource planning.
• Identify risks, delays, or data gaps and bring issues to the team.
• Learn and apply project management processes and tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and efficiency.
• Remain flexible and adapt to multiple projects and shifting priorities.
