Job summary

INDEVCO North America is seeking a Technical Coordinator to bridge the gap between technical teams and project management. You will ensure compliant, efficient implementation of manufacturing projects and support productivity with innovative technical solutions.

You will oversee project trials, facilitate clear communication with R&D and production, maintain thorough documentation, and drive adherence to FDA/GMP/SQF guidelines while optimizing resources and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 3–5 years in flexible packaging.
• Food or beverage manufacturing background, FDA, GMP, SQF guidelines preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal and delegation skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing technical project trials and ensuring deliverables align with objectives and timelines.
• Facilitating communication between production teams and R&D to ensure clear understanding of project specifications.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including tracking system updates and technical procedures.
• Conducting regular project reviews and reports to update stakeholders on status and resolve technical hurdles.
• Implementing best practices and standards for technical operations in Manufacturing.
• Assisting in resource allocation and planning to optimize productivity and budget adherence.
• Adhering to IPL’s Food Safety Plan Personnel Processing Practices.

Responsible for bridging the gap between technical teams and project management to ensure efficient and effective implementation of projects. This role is vital for the success of operations involving advanced technologies and systems specific to our process. A Technical Coordinator supervises project-related activities, ensures compliance with industry standards, and helps enhance productivity and efficiency through innovative technical solutions.

Requirements

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing technical project trials, ensuring deliverables align with the overall project objectives and timelines.
• Facilitating communication between production teams and Research & Development (R&D) to ensure clear understanding and execution of project specifications and requirements.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including tracking system updates and technical procedure
• Conducting regular project reviews and reports to update all stakeholders on project status and resolving any technical hurdles.
• Implementing best practices and standards for technical operations specific to Manufacturing.
• Assisting in resource allocation and planning to optimize productivity and budget adherence.
• Adhere to Personnel Processing Practices in IPL’s Food Safety Plan as determined by the Food Safety Management System.

Qualifications

Position Qualifications:
