Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking a Project Management Assistant I to support project management staff in servicing clients and ensuring timely, accurate data and invoicing. Responsibilities include project setup, sample receipt, reporting, and invoicing tasks, with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong English skills, and ability to work in the United States. Training hours align with the 8:30am–5:00pm schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience essential and English proficiency must be strong.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Project setup: create bottle orders and schedule couriers or field staff.
• Sample receipt: review log-in, generate subcontract paperwork, and confirm client information in LIMS.
• Reporting: create final reports, data packages, and state forms by due date.
• Invoicing: review final invoices, generate related memos, and resubmit as needed.
• Additional duties as required; role is M-F, 8:30am–5:00pm.
