Qualifications

• 4-year degree in engineering, construction management, business, finance, or related fields.
• 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in project controls or project management.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Proactive and eager to learn with willingness to take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Participates in project teams and provides accurate project controls information under direction.
• Coordinates with project stakeholders to collect, validate, and maintain project data.
• Assists with project controls setup, baselines, and reporting calendars.
• Maintains cost data, budgets, accruals, and forecast documentation.
• Supports development of schedules and milestone tracking.
• Prepares reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses.
• Identifies data inconsistencies and escalates issues as needed.
• Supports risk, change, energy, and interface with operations and finance.
