Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking an entry-level Project Controls Associate I to join our Orlando-based team. You will support cost, schedule, risk, energy performance, and reporting activities on assigned projects under supervision.

You'll collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders, perform routine analyses, maintain data quality, and contribute to enterprise Project Controls standards and tools as your capabilities grow.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in engineering, construction management, business, finance, or related fields.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in project controls or project management.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Participates in assigned project teams and provides accurate Project Controls information.
• Coordinates with project management, engineering, operations, finance, and project controls personnel to collect, validate, and maintain project information.
• Supports development of project schedules and baselines.
• Maintains project cost data, budgets, commitments, accruals, and forecasting information.
• Prepares accurate and timely project controls reports and dashboards.
