Job summary

ITC Defense is seeking a Junior Project Control Analyst to support program management, budgeting, and financial reporting across multiple task orders. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, data-driven decision making, and coordination among management, customers, and contractors.

Located in Lexington Park, MD with a hybrid schedule (on-site 3 days/week), this position requires a Bachelor's degree and an active U.S. Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and track program budgets, schedules, and status across task orders
• Coordinate deliverables and financial inquiries with management, customers, and contractors
• Support documentation, change control, data management, and government processes
• Utilize Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps for financial and program analysis
• Support budgets, EACs, forecasting, funding requirements and labor-hour allocation
• Assist with travel authorizations, tracking, and expense reporting
• Review invoices and support subcontract modifications
• Perform other duties as assigned
