Job summary

ITC Defense in Lexington Park, Maryland, is seeking a Project Control Analyst Journeyman to support the PMO with financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and program control across government contracts.

The role partners with Program Managers, Contracts, and Corporate Finance to provide accurate reporting and strategic recommendations for contract execution. Onsite support is required three days weekly in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with related experience
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, and EACs
• Experience in DoD/federal government contracting environment
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
• Onsite work required minimum 3 days per week

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program budgets, forecasts, and EACs for multiple contracts
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/ad hoc financial reports for leadership
• Monitor funding, burn rates, and compliance with contracts
• Create financial dashboards using Excel/Power BI
• Support program reviews with financial data and insights
