Responsibilities

• Track and analyze project costs including labor, materials, equipment and subcontractors.
• Prepare and manage multi-million-dollar monthly client billings with supporting documents.
• Maintain audit-ready billing and cost documents and respond to information requests.
• Prepare weekly cost and activity reports for the team.
• Validate labor hours and costs, investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
• Review invoices for accuracy and potential issues.
• Monitor costs and billing activity, researching variances and resolving issues.

Position Overview:

The Junior Project Analyst will support a large hyperscale data center construction project by analyzing data, solving problems, working with numbers, and contributing to the financial and operational success of the project. This entry-level position is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical individual who enjoys working with numbers, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and is eager to learn. Key Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze project costs, including labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and other project expenses.
• Prepare and manage multi-million-dollar monthly client billings, including gathering, organizing, and validating required supporting documents to ensure costs are accurately billed.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready billing and cost documents and respond to requests for supporting information.
• Prepare weekly summary reports for the team on project costs, labor, and weekly activity.
• Validate labor hours and costs, investigate discrepancies or unusual activity, and coordinate corrections as needed.
• Review invoices for accuracy, duplicate charges, and other potential issues.
• Monitor project costs and billing activity, research variances, and collaborate with the appropriate teams to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, templates, and workflows.
• Take ownership of responsibilities and critical deadlines while adapting to the changing needs of a fast-paced project environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree.
