Propellant Media in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Junior Media Planner to start hands-on in the programmatic display department, building, trafficking, and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as Simpli.fi, StackAdapt, GroundTruth, and OneView/Roku. The role offers a fast-track growth path toward project management within the Media Planning team.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of digital marketing experience, a bachelor’s degree or digital marketing coursework, and exposure to programmatic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent digital marketing coursework
• 1–2 years of digital marketing experience
• Experience with location-based digital advertising or programmatic platforms such as Trade Desk, StackAdapt, Simplifi or other DSP platforms

Responsibilities

• Build, traffic, and optimize programmatic display campaigns across platforms (Simpli.fi, StackAdapt, GroundTruth, OneView/Roku)
• Review campaign builds for accuracy and perform QA and budget pacing
• Prepare campaign updates and reports; support with strategy and client communications
