MANTECH is seeking a motivated Junior Program Control Specialist to support a USMC team at Quantico, VA. You will assist the Lead ISSM, organize the Information Assurance Program, and help ensure compliance and efficient documentation.

The role emphasizes information assurance, cybersecurity, and IT operations, with opportunities to engage in policy and process enhancements. A TS/SCI clearance is required or ability to obtain, plus Security+ within 60 days.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, or related field.
• High School diploma with 4 years of related experience.
• Current Security+ certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of starting.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity and IT environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and program support to the Lead ISSM.
• Identify process friction points and recommend solutions to the ISSM and information assurance team.
• Develop and staff program documentation and artifacts (documents, presentations, correspondence).
• Coordinate with product managers, team leads, stakeholders, and integrators per government direction.
• Assist with technical studies and analyze current and future requirements.
• Engage with cybersecurity, information assurance, and IT policies and processes to broaden career objectives.
