Job summary

MANTECH in Chantilly, VA seeks a Staff Information Security Analyst to join a Tier 1 IAM program focused on Cyber Security. You will support government operations, manage access, credentialing, and PKI, while delivering customer-service oriented IT support.

This role requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph, a 2+ year track record in IT service, and hands-on experience with DEERS/PII handling. On-site work with occasional off-shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years IT customer service experience.
• Understanding of PKI concepts.
• Experience handling PII information and data.
• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Support DEERS PII changes, CAC, Token, and ID issuance for a government location.
• Handle Identity, Access, and Credentialing issues in a customer-service environment.
• Resolve ServiceNow and JIRA tickets related to access and credentialing.
• Contribute to project milestones and deliverables as needed.
• Provide input to project reports and solutions for technical problems.
