Job summary

Okta is seeking an entry-level Program Analyst to support the Global Customer Support program management team. You will assist with administrative tasks, data collection, and communication for programs designed to help the Support organization scale and improve efficiency, under direct supervision.

This hybrid role is based near Bellevue, WA, with potential collaboration across other offices in the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 0+ years of related experience; recent graduates welcome (Summer of 2025/2026).
• Familiarity with core collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom for communication and basic task management; awareness of Jira/Asana.
• Uses professional knowledge and basic problem-solving skills to identify and fix problems within guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative team contributor.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic projects by data collection, analysis, and documentation for deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and escalate as needed.
• Track action items, coordinate logistics, and support communications and training activities.
• Assist with policy/workflow changes and performance standards under supervision.
• Support onboarding and enablement initiatives for Support Engineers and related roles.
