Job summary

Okta is seeking a Program Manager, Delivery Innovation + Strategic Programs, within Global Professional Services and Delivery Success. You will codify delivery standards, translate internal practices into external playbooks, and drive AI-enabled templates to scale partner enablement.

You’ll build dashboards (Tableau/Salesforce) to measure impact and report to leadership. You have 3–5 years in program or project management in tech/SaaS, with strong analytical and communication skills to align

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of program management, project management, or operational experience within a technology, SaaS, or professional services organization.
• Delivery & operational exposure in Professional Services, Customer Success, Delivery Success, or Service Delivery Partner Programs.
• Clarity & synthesis to translate complex processes into clear, executable methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience building dashboards and reports (Salesforce, Tableau, Google Sheets) to track performance.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Methodology Codification & Scoping Standards: identify patterns and translate them into reusable templates and blueprints.
• Delivery Methodology Transformation & Partner Process Integration: create external-facing playbooks and governance toolkits.
• AI-Enabled Delivery & Enablement Innovation: explore and implement generative AI tools to accelerate delivery templates and playbooks.
• Strategic Program Reporting & Impact Analytics: build dashboards and provide executive reporting on partner delivery performance.
