KBR, Inc. is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to join our team in Lexington Park, MD, supporting Foreign Military Sales for the Australian F/A-18 program. You will coordinate major program events, track actions, and provide data‑driven analysis to inform decisions.

The role requires 0–3 years in program management or business analysis, and US citizenship with the ability to obtain a DoD secret clearance. Strong communication and proficiency with MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 0-3 years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis.
• Clearance & Citizenship: Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support major program events (TIMs, PMRs, LPRs, CDPRs) and cross‑functional meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
• Lead foreign visit coordination for the KBR Australian F‑18 team, processing visit requests with timing and documentation per policy.
• Provide program support to the F/A‑18 Program Manager and Deputy PM, assist with resource planning and contracting actions.
• Prepare program correspondence and maintain organized files and action tracking for reporting.
• Collect and analyze data on aircraft acquisition and product support; track milestones and schedules.
