Job summary

Alexandria Insights is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support acquisition program lifecycle activities at Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, VA. This on-site role requires strong writing, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and project planning tools.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline, 0–2 years of acquisition management experience, and eligibility for DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of related acquisition management experience for a government contractor, or related military experience.
• Eligible for DoD Secret clearance.
• Excellent writing skills required.

Junior Program Analyst

This is not a remote position.

Location: Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, VA.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, support the team members and the customers with acquisition program lifecycle activities.
• Develop and maintain program schedules in MS Project.
• Assist with the development of acquisition documentation and reports.
• Coordinate and participate in meetings, to include preparing agendas and capturing minutes.
• Prepare presentations, and other supporting materials.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
• 0-2 years of related acquisition management experience for a government contractor, or related military experience.
• Eligible for DoD Secret clearance.
• Excellent writing skills required.

Skills & Abilities

• Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications, particularly with Word, PowerPoint, and Project
• OnePager Pro experience preferred but not required.
• Effective organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with the Naval Correspondence Manual preferred.

Compensation

Salary Range - $50,000.00 – $80,000.00
