Job summary

Patricio Enterprises, located in Stafford, VA, seeks a mid-level Program Analyst to support Marine Corps Systems Command's TCE program. The role covers analytical support across engineering, science, business, and program management, plus development of acquisition docs and risk strategies.

You will maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), produce IMS reports, and assist with briefs and audience-specific materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–6 years of related experience.
• Mid-level knowledge of DoD acquisition program analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support across engineering, science, business, financial, cost, or program management domains.
• Develop and review acquisition documentation, program reports, papers, drawings, specifications, and procedures.
• Draft Automated Message Handling System Naval Messages and correspondence.
• Conduct risk identification and mitigation; report and track risks per the Risk Management Plan.
• Support risk management efforts by preparing agenda, materials, and minutes; participate in risk management meetings; populate data in risk-tracking databases.
• Perform detailed IMS scheduling, including critical path evaluation and schedule risk assessment; develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Develop and deliver IMS reports (30/60/90 outlooks, variance, past-due, milestones).
• Provide input to briefs and presentation materials; assist meeting coordination and participation.
• Update program Fact Books with new information; maintain the Naval Systems Engineering Resource Center SharePoint site.
• Manage program data in government repositories, post approved docs, support workflow reviews; extract data and generate reports.
• Develop Trip Reports for attended events where travel is required.

Patricio Enterprises is seeking a mid-level Program Analyst to support Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) Program Manager Tactical Communications & Electromagnetic Warfare Systems (TCE).

Primary Duties Will Include (but Not Limited To)

• Provide analytical support in any of the following disciplines: engineering, science, business, financial, cost, or program management, to include analysis, design, development, testing, integration, logistics, program management, cost, financial, or management analysis, or maintenance of systems, processes, programs, offices or products
• Develop and/or review acquisition documentation, program reports, papers, drawings, specifications, and procedures
• Draft Automated Message Handling System Naval Messages and correspondence
• Conduct risk identification, develop risk mitigation strategies, and report and track risks in accordance with the program’s Risk Management Plan
• Support risk management efforts by addressing action items; preparing agenda, presentation materials, and meeting minutes; participating in a variety of reoccurring risk management working groups and meetings; and populating data in the program’s preferred risk tracking database
• Perform detailed schedule analysis, to include critical path evaluation and schedule risk assessment, to develop, deliver, and maintain comprehensive Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Develop and deliver complete IMS Reports, to include 30/60/90 Outlooks, Variance Reports, Past-Due Reports, and Milestone snapshots
• Provide technical input and administrative support to facilitate the development of audience-appropriate briefs and presentation materials, to include meeting coordination and participation
• Update program Fact Books as needed to incorporate new or updated program and system information
• Develop, update, and maintain the Naval Systems Engineering Resource Center classified SharePoint site
• Manage, review, and update program information in government data repositories and management tools, to include posting approved documentation; supporting workflow documentation reviews; extracting requested data; and generating reports
• Develop and submit Trip Reports for attended events where travel is required

Education / Experience

• Bachelor's degree with three to six years of related experience.
• Mid-level knowledge of DoD acquisition program analysis.
