Job description

Description:

NSI requires a Junior Program Analyst to support a potential contract for the Navy International Program Office. The role involves providing administrative support for export licensing, including weekly reporting of license requests, generating correspondence for exemption validation, creating exemption certification cases in the USXPORTS database, and supporting new personnel with database access and desk references.

Additional responsibilities include front desk reception services, scheduling, visitor coordination, maintaining administrative records, reviewing correspondence for compliance, assisting in correspondence drafting, facilitating internal communication, formatting internal and external communications, responding to administrative support requests, and supporting meetings and travel arrangements. The role also involves processing mail, managing official correspondence, tracking action memos, and supporting foreign visit requests.

Location:

Washington D.C.

Education:

BA/BS in English.

Experience:

Up to 5 years of specialized experience performing the above functions.

Security Clearance:

Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
