Qualifications

• This position requires a minimum of 4 years of overall work experience.
• Preferred prerequisites include: Business-General 2 years; Collections 1 year; Credit 1 year; Customer Service 1 year; IT 1 year; Management; Remarketing 1 year; Vendor Management 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Manage all CCS applications to maximize customer experience and efficiency; oversee vendor for interpreter services.
• Communicate enhancements to applicable business units and share strategies for quick system updates.
• Refine requirements and write user stories to guide development and ensure desired user experience.
• Create test cases and perform UAT; categorize bugs and monitor release impact and quality.
• Prepare training content and coordinate with Operations on agent training around releases.
• Help maintain CCS policies and procedures and coordinate with Operations, IT, and DIAA for compliance.
