Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Financial Services is seeking a Junior Product Owner for Call Center Services. The role helps define the vision, roadmap, and backlog for CCS applications such as ACD, Call Recording, Dialer, IVR, Speech Analytics, and Telephony metrics across the Americas hub.

The position requires collaboration with global partners and strong data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and agile practices to deliver high-quality product experiences for customers and employees.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at time of application.
• Experience in call centers or customer service is preferred.
• Experience with data analysis and stakeholder engagement is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage CCS applications to maximize customer experience and support business needs.
• Coordinate enhancements and communicate with business units for rapid decisions.
• Define requirements features and prioritize development through data analysis and stakeholder input.
• Create and execute test cases, perform UAT, and monitor post-launch quality.
• Develop training materials and update user content for major releases.
• Support CCS policies and collaborate with Operations and IT to maintain compliance.
