You will drive growth across major retail networks and digital channels by spotting assortment opportunities and shaping localized go-to-market plans. You will partner cross-functionally with R&D, packaging, sales, and supply chain to ensure consistent execution from concept to launch.

Formación

• Entry-level role with 0–2 years of experience in cosmetics/CPG.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
• Strong presentation and data handling skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-growing beauty business.

Responsabilidades

• Long-Term Planning: Develop and execute lash category strategy aligned with brand objectives.
• White Space Discovery: Identify new opportunities via market research and insights.
• Trend & Influencer Tracking: Monitor beauty trends and social media metrics.
• Competitive Auditing: Track competitor launches and packaging updates.
• Concept-to-Launch Leadership: Support end-to-end product development from concept to launch.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate timelines with R&D, packaging, sourcing, design, sales, logistics.
• Assortment Customization: Tailor assortments by retailer and channel with Sales/Retail Eng.
• B2B Presentation Architecture: Prepare decks for retailer reviews and pitches.
