Kiss Nail Products, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager - North America to lead product strategy, commercialization, and assortment planning across the United States and Canada for the Lash & Lifestyle category.

The role drives market-specific initiatives, promotional strategies, and retailer programs to grow the category and support retailer success. The position requires collaboration with Marketing, Design, Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, and Sales to execute lifecycle

Formación

• 4–8 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field
• Experience in consumer/retail product management is preferred
• Strong understanding of assortment planning and retailer requirements
• Ability to analyze market trends and drive data-informed decisions

Responsabilidades

• Lead North American product strategy and portfolio management for U.S. and Canadian customers.
• Develop promotional product strategies, seasonal programs, retailer exclusives, and value-driven offerings.
• Manage product commercialization from concept through launch readiness and market execution.
• Drive assortment recommendations, line reviews, category analysis, and portfolio optimization.
• Partner with Sales to support retailer presentations, customer-specific opportunities, and annual planning processes.
• Lead retailer-specific product and promotional initiatives for key accounts.
• Manage package updates, product transitions, and lifecycle management activities.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, assortment expansion, and category growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Marketing, Design, Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, and Sales teams.
• Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, competitive activity, and market trends to guide business decisions.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, promotional planning, and commercialization priorities.
