Job summary

WSLicensing, Inc. in Pico Rivera, CA is seeking a Junior Product Designer to help develop Anirollz & Hakongee plush toys and character products from concept through production.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Product Design, Toy Production, or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and process including sketches, mockups, or production files.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Toy Design, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
• Experience with plush toys, soft goods, or consumer products preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; knowledge of Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts for new Anirollz & Hakongee plush toys and character products.
• Collaborate with product development and design teams to brainstorm ideas.
• Create sketches, 2D artwork, color variations, and production-ready mockups.
• Translate brand direction into product designs and revise based on feedback.
• Prepare vector artwork and production files for factories; assist with specs and references.
• Research trends in toys, plush, and consumer products; apply brand identity.
• Manage design tasks and meet project deadlines; document artwork and specs.
