Job summary

Jazwares seeks a Toy Designer for Collectibles Plush to lead the design and development of soft goods for internal IP and licensed products. You will translate premier properties into huggable products and manage the design process from ideation to production with cross-functional teams across brand, engineering, packaging, and global manufacturing.

3–5 years in soft goods/plush design, proficiency in Illustrator/Photoshop, and a strong portfolio are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of design and development experience in soft goods/plush toys.
• Experience collaborating with global manufacturing factories (Asia preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing plush/toy design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop with detailed drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of plush toys from concept to production.
• Collaborate with brand management, engineering, packaging, and licensors; ensure brand alignment and licensing compliance.
• Develop and present concepts to stakeholders and licensors, building consensus.
