Qualifications

• Experience in produce sales or retail is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 1-3 years in sales/business development or customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Assist senior account manager and director with managing client portfolios and sales pipelines.
• Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation efforts.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely deliveries, issue resolution, and account retention.
• Manage the full life cycle of partners or customers from pre-sales to implementation to ensure customer success.
• Manage and track lead generation efforts to drive opportunities across channels.
• Qualify potential leads and arrange intro meetings with Regional Account Manager and/or Sales Director.
• Communicate status of sales pipeline to Sales Director and Regional Account Manager.
• Serve as a primary contact for new and existing clients regarding treatments, questions, and expectations.
• Provide onboarding material (training guides, marketing materials) as approved by Sales Director/Regional Manager.
• Assist in research and intelligence gathering for new client opportunities.
