Qualifications

Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and performance.
Develop executive-ready dashboards and status reports for leadership.
Coordinate activities, timelines, and documentation to maintain momentum.
Analyze data and conduct stakeholder interviews to identify inefficiencies.
Assist in root cause analysis and problem solving for gaps.
Design, test, and deploy automated solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, SQL.
Contribute to system enhancements and data-driven improvements across functions.
Facilitate testing, training, and issue resolution with end users.
Document current and future state workflows with maps and SOPs.
Track outcomes and report benefits against targets.
Participate in post-implementation reviews to confirm adoption.
