84 Lumber Company seeks a Junior Process Improvement Analyst to support continuous improvement across the organization. You will partner with overhead departments, store operations and management to identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities include creating dashboards with Power BI, automating workflows with Power Automate, and documenting current and future processes. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for success.
The Junior Process Improvement Analyst supports continuous and process improvement initiatives across 84 Lumber by working closely with overhead departments, store operations and company management. This role serves as a collaborative partner to stakeholders, helping identify process challenges, analyzing business needs, and implementing solutions that improve efficiency and operational effectiveness. Through strong cross-functional relationships, the analyst will support projects focused on process standardization, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement. They will help evaluate current-state processes, identify efficiency opportunities, assist in deploying solutions, and prepare reperformance documentation.
This is a full-time position. 45+ Hours per week.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
The incumbent is located in a busy, open area and could be faced with noise and interruptions from day to day operations.
This position requires frequent sitting, use of hands, talking and listening. Periodically this position walks, stands and reaches. Rarely, this position climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouch or crawl.
This position is not expected to travel as this time.
