Responsibilities include creating dashboards with Power BI, automating workflows with Power Automate, and documenting current and future processes. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct process observations, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify inefficiencies.
• Assist in root cause analysis and structured problem solving.
• Support design, testing, and deployment of automated solutions (Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, SQL).
• Contribute to system enhancements and technology-driven improvements across functions.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, training, and issue resolution.
• Document current and future state workflows with maps and SOPs.
• Track outcomes, measure benefits, and report progress against targets.
• Participate in post-implementation reviews to confirm adoption and results.
