Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Logistics Sr. Analyst to analyze data, forecast and improve logistics operations. You will manage data, generate performance insights, and present recommendations to leadership.

You will mentor junior analysts and collaborate with multiple departments to drive cost savings and process enhancements. Ideal candidates bring a strong analytics background, experience with Six Sigma or similar methodologies, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 3 years minimum relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, Visio.
• Experience with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
• Strong data analysis, cost/benefit and process mapping skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and analyze reports to support business execution; ad-hoc queries.
• Develop tools and solutions to identify logistics improvements.
• Provide recommendations to senior management; mentor analysts.
• Handle data mining, modeling, analysis and cost forecasting.
• Manage vendor/business partner relationships.
