Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Process Improvement Specialist to support process improvement, operational modernization, and mission support initiatives for a federal law enforcement customer. You will work with Government stakeholders to assess, document, and improve investigative, intelligence, analytical, and operational workflows.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic law enforcement environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• ONE (1) or more years of professional experience in process improvement, business analysis, or related fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support process improvement, operational modernization, and mission support initiatives for a federal law enforcement customer.
• Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, SOPs, and reporting products; assist in implementing process improvement initiatives and operational enhancements.
