In this role, you will work closely with Government stakeholders and senior process improvement personnel to assess, document, and improve investigative, intelligence, analytical, and operational workflows. You will support efforts to enhance operational effectiveness, improve information sharing, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that directly support mission execution. The Process Improvement Specialist will conduct research and analysis of operational processes, collect and evaluate performance data, and assist in identifying workflow inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities include developing process maps, workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reporting products, as well as supporting the implementation of process improvement initiatives and operational enhancements. Success in this role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic law enforcement and intelligence support environment.**What You Will Need:*** Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"PUBLIC TRUST\"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.* Bachelor's degree.* ONE (1) or more years of professional experience supporting process improvement, business analysis, operational analysis, program support, management consulting, or a related field.
