Job summary

Element Solutions is seeking a Process Engineer to maintain SPC for key products and provide engineering support to improve yield and efficiency. You will learn from a collaborative team and contribute to cost improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a BS in Chemical Engineering, 0–3 years of experience, and strong analytical skills. Expect hands-on process support, data-driven decision making, and a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering required.
• 0-3 years in a relevant role or similar setting.
• Strong SPC knowledge and data-driven problem solving.
• Analytical, organized, and collaborative with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent reading/writing of English required.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of production for quality, cycle time, EHS compliance, and consistency with work practices.
• Oversee SPC activities for critical processes and document results.
• Identify root causes for out-of-control products and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic statistical reports for customers and ensure timely submissions.
• Manage NCMR closeout and drive root-cause corrective actions.
• Support QA on customer complaints related to batch manufacturing.
• Write and modify Work Instructions for existing products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process equipment issues.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and oversee MOC for equipment changes and safety.
• Support Plant EHS activities including waste management and audits.
• Coordinate calibration program with Maintenance and Production.
