• Daily monitoring of production for quality and cycle time.
• Determine root causes and follow through with corrective actions.
• Manage Nonconforming Material Reports (NCMR).
• Write and modify Work Instructions for existing products.
• Support transition from pilot to full-scale manufacturing.
• Lead process engineering related Capital Projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process equipment related problems.
