Job summary

Element Solutions' MAES team is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize wafer manufacturing operations, applying SPC to keep critical processes in control and to improve yields. Under the guidance of the Engineering Manager, you will analyze data and drive cost improvements across production lines.

You will also write work instructions, troubleshoot equipment problems, and collaborate with Maintenance and Production to ensure safety and reliability while advancing continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from a four-year college or university.
• 3+ years of related experience in a process engineering role.
• Exposure to Continuous Improvement methods, Green Belt/Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve production processes using SPC and data analysis.
• Identify root causes of out-of-control processes and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic statistical reports for customers and stakeholders.
• Manage Nonconforming Material Reports and drive corrective actions.
• Write/modify Work Instructions and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Coordinate maintenance, production, and calibration programs to ensure safety.
