Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality and operational efficiency.
• Support investigations into process-related issues and participate in root cause analysis activities.
• Collect, analyze, and report production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with implementing process changes under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement projects.
• Support waste reduction and productivity improvement initiatives.
