Job summary
Creation Technologies International Inc in Rochester, NY is seeking an entry-level Engineer (Engineering 1) to execute moderate to moderately complex tasks in the creation, configuration, and optimization of CCAs and box assemblies. You will learn industry standards while supporting Manufacturing Engineering under management supervision.
This role focuses on translating customer requirements into assembly and test processes, developing process documentation, and assisting with NPI/ECO
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- New graduates up to 4 years in electronics manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and drawings.
- Knowledge of ISO9001/13485 or AS9100.
- Understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) and ECO processes.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer requirements into assembly and test processes.
- Create assembly documents, BOMs, and process plans.
- Prepare manufacturing process documentation and work instructions.
- Support NPI and ECO processes.
- Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in production quality and efficiency.
