Job summary

Baxter is seeking an entry-level Engineer to contribute to process optimization, validation, and automation initiatives across manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality, reduce downtime, and implement enhancements under supervision.

The role requires a BS in engineering, bilingual English and Spanish, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Ability to discuss technical issues clearly in writing and speech.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform process value analysis to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Support manufacturing monitoring system enhancements for quality and output.
• Execute IQ & Software Validations and implement process changes.
• Provide technical training to operators and technicians.
• Develop automation projects and support implementations.
• Coordinate with other departments on maintenance and TPM initiatives.
