Job summary

The role supports process improvements, automation, and quality initiatives, with training and mentorship as you contribute to cross-functional teams. Bachelor's in engineering and bilingual English/Spanish are required; on-site work with full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (BSSE/BSME) required.
• 0–2 years of engineering experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to discuss technical issues and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate engineering projects and processes.
• Provide technical support and training to operators and technicians.
• Validate IQ/Software and process changes with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Lead automation initiatives and capital projects coordination where applicable.
• Document specifications, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.
