We are seeking a highly skilled Presentation & Visual Design Specialist to support fast-paced marketing and ad sales teams. This role is ideal for a design professional who excels at transforming complex, content-heavy information into visually compelling, on-brand materials—particularly within PowerPoint. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple projects, and contribute creative solutions across digital, print, and event-based deliverables.
What You’ll Do
- Create polished, high-impact design solutions for a wide range of projects, including presentations, research reports, one-sheets, newsletters, trade ads, social content, and sponsorship decks.
- Design creative assets for client hospitality, internal, and industry events—such as hero/key art, digital invitations, microsites (Splash/Ceros), environmental graphics, signage, presentation materials, and branded premiums.
- Translate dense or complex content into clear, visually engaging layouts with strong information design.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery.
- Maintain organized file structures, track revisions, back up files, route materials for proofreading, and secure internal approvals.
- Prepare and deliver final files to vendors for digital and print production.
Must-Have Skills
- Deep, hands‑on experience creating PowerPoint presentations as a primary function of the role.
- Ability to build and manage templates, apply advanced settings, and design cohesive, editorial-style layouts.
- Proven ability to solve for content-heavy slides while maintaining clarity and visual impact.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Ability to create supporting graphics for presentations and design event collateral for both digital and print.

- Experience with specialty tools (After Effects, Figma, 3D, etc.) is a plus but not required.
