Job summary

Weldmation de México is seeking a Junior Calibration System Integration Engineer – Powertrain to join our automotive engineering team in Michigan, USA. You will work on developing and validating control strategies, integration with Powertrain systems, and supporting HIL tests.

Ideal candidates have a background in mechanical, electrical, or computer science, with exposure to MATLAB/Simulink, CAN tools, and dynamometer testing. Strong analytical and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; Master's/PhD welcomed.
• Knowledge of control systems and powertrain systems.
• Experience with HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop).
• Experience with Dynamometer testing.
• Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink.
• Automotive experience through work, internships or projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
