Job summary
Tata Technologies in Auburn Hills, MI seeks an Emissions Calibration Engineer to lead calibration system integration, validation and test resource coordination for electrification programs. You will drive HIL/dyno/vehicle commissioning, coordinate with powertrain controls, and train new calibration engineers on propulsion vehicle operations.

Qualifications
- BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering or related field.
- 2 years of professional calibration experience on electrification.
- Automotive project experience (Formula SAE, Baja, or SAE EcoCar).
- Strong written and spoken communication, and teamwork.
- High analytical ability and disciplined testing approach.
- Solid knowledge of powertrain systems.
- Proficiency with Matlab/Simulink.
- Familiarity with INCA, MDA, PowerCal, CRETA, CANAlyzer, CANoe.
- Experience in powertrain control solutions development.
Responsibilities
- Lead calibration system integration and validation across test resources.
- Support HIL/Dyno/Vehicle commissioning and first-run activities.
- Validate PCR packages and identify HW/SW/calibration issues before releases.
- Support FE/Emissions dyno data review and issue triage.
- Lead development trips to meet program milestones.
- Summarize trip data and fleet drives to inform calibration maturity.
