UMC, Inc. is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support construction projects in Idaho with a focus on plumbing and HVAC disciplines.

The role involves administration of RFIs, ASIs, submittals, quote changes, and closeout documentation, plus assisting with cost estimates and planning. You will help monitor budgets, lead QA/QC processes, coordinate with Field Managers and Superintendents, and help drive project objectives to completion.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
• Must have 1–3 years recent experience as a Project Management Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Project Engineer in construction (plumbing/HVAC preferred).
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bluebeam/Procore a plus.
• Must be 21+, valid driver's license, clean MVR, pass a drug test, and authorized to work in the US.

Aufgaben

• Administration including RFIs, ASIs, submittals, RFQ changes, contract closeout, and claims mitigation.
• Data entry of project take-offs and QA/QC sheet creation for each project.
• Create and manage MR’s; prepare and issue RFIs for constraints or questions.
• Compile and distribute project close-out documents.
• Monitor major equipment purchases and material lead times to keep budgets on track.
• Facilitate QA/QC and keep field managers and superintendents engaged.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, cost estimates, and critical objectives.
• Ensure compliance with client governance and company procedures.
• Manage contract administration and small project oversight.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Project Managers.
