Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in project coordination, testing, or product operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute beta testing for multiple product lines.
• Develop detailed test plans, weekly assignments, surveys, and user instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align timelines and deliverables.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive beta and launch test calendar.
• Collect, document, and categorize user-reported issues.
• Synthesize test data and user feedback into actionable insights.
• Recruit, onboard, and maintain a diverse pool of beta testers.
• Provide updates and instructions to beta participants.
• Build and maintain strong tester relationships.
