Responsibilities

• Interact with external customers and collaborate with PM and engineering teams.
• Monitor pre- and post-release feedback to identify new field issues.
• Report progress of seeding programs and assess incoming feedback.
• Develop tools to automate, scale, and optimize workflows.
• Investigate issues from outside users via reproduction, debugging, and analysis.
• Triage bugs with engineering to prioritize high-impact issues.
• Identify trends and insights from large data sets.
