The Program Manager, Test Operations, is responsible for helping us achieve streamlined, high throughput Test across the company. On the Test Team at Beta Technologies, you will use your leadership and problem-solving skills to establish processes to forecast test needs, coordinate use and repair of a variety of aerospace test equipment and ensure smooth operation of the team. Test needs range from one-off research and development tests to extensively planned tests witnessed by the FAA for certification credit. An ideal candidate has the soft skills to keep the team moving forward, is willing to be hands‑on when necessary, and has the drive and motivation to see things through to completion no matter the challenge.
