Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience in a fast-paced precision production environment.
• Knowledge of Production control systems and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor) beneficial.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, and government contracting principles beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital procurement tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and purchasing tasks using MRP/ERP systems.
• Release work orders to the shop floor and generate material requisitions.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and support production needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery while controlling costs.
• Track deliveries and communicate with stakeholders on status and risks.
• Collaborate with project and planning teams to drive production goals and on-time delivery.
