Job summary

onsemi's premier 200mm manufacturing facility in Gresham, Oregon seeks an Equipment Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance on semiconductor tools. You will diagnose root causes, calibrate equipment, and contribute to reliability improvements with a world-class team.

Responsibilities include mentoring teammates, writing maintenance procedures, and working with a variety of tool platforms.

Qualifications

4+ years of technician experience with photo-area equipment (ASML PAS 5500, Nikon i14, TEL Act8, DNS 200W, DNS 80A/B/EX).
Associate Degree or higher.
High level of attention to detail.
Methodical troubleshooting and project management.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated; able to work independently.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance on semiconductor tools.
Use diagnostic equipment to monitor performance and diagnose root causes.
Dismantle, adjust, and repair equipment per maintenance specs and manuals.
Use schematics, hand tools, gauges, and test equipment for calibration and repair.
Develop and write maintenance procedures and specifications.
Provide leadership through training and mentoring of other technicians.
Other duties as assigned.
