Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a junior patent litigation associate to join its Santa Fe, NM office. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of patent litigation experience including federal courts, the ITC, and/or the PTAB.

Responsibilities include legal research, discovery, briefing, and expert reports, with collaboration in a team-oriented environment. Education: JD from an accredited law school; registration as a patent attorney is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of patent litigation experience.
• Outstanding academic record.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Registered patent attorney status preferred.
• Technical degree, preferably in electrical engineering or computer sciences.
