BCG Attorney Search is seeking a junior patent litigation associate to join our Denver, Colorado office. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of patent litigation experience, including federal district courts, the ITC, and/or the PTAB, and a strong academic record.

Candidates should have a JD from an accredited law school, a technical degree (EE or CS preferred), and excellent written and oral communication skills. Registered patent attorney status is preferred.

• Technical degree, preferably in electrical engineering or computer sciences.
